Returns & Exchanges

1. Please contact our customer service by sending us a ticket, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

Return Conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

2. Our swimwear comes with a removable hygiene liner to ensure your safety. Due to sanitary reasons, we will only accept a return if the hygiene liner is still attached. Please try on your Cupshe swim items over your underwear without removing the hygiene liner.

3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

4.  We currently are unable to offer a free returns service, so return shipping must be made at your own cost. To ensure a successful return, please return using a standard shipping service that provides tracking.

Note:  Buy 3 Get 1 Free - The product for free cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Address

If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please submit a ticket to us, our customer service will contact you as soon as possible.

Refund

We will offer a full refund of the items you have returned. 

Refunds are processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the package. Once your return / exchange is processed, you will be emailed with a confirmation.
